Payment Methods
Payment Authorization & Security Information
This document explains how card payments are processed, verified, and authorized, and what to do if a transaction is unsuccessful.
Accepted Payment Methods
We support major card and wallet payment options, including Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Google Pay, Paypal, and Apple Pay. All payments are completed through secure checkout systems.
Order Confirmation After Successful Payment
Once a payment has been successfully authorized, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention
To protect cardholders, all transactions are subject to verification and authorization by both the card issuer and our payment processor. Additional checks may be performed as part of fraud prevention measures.
In some cases, your bank may require extra authentication steps, such as 3D Secure, one-time passwords, biometric verification, or other bank-specific security measures.
Unsuccessful or Declined Transactions
If a transaction is declined, the original payment attempt cannot be completed or reactivated. A new order must be placed to try again.
Declines may occur for reasons determined by the card issuer, which are not always shared with merchants.
Recommended Actions After a Decline
- Confirm that your card number, expiration date, and billing details are correct.
- Ensure the card security code (CVV) is entered accurately.
- Contact your bank to verify whether the transaction was blocked.
- Attempt payment again using a different card or payment method.
3D Secure Declines
If a payment fails during a 3D Secure authentication step, please contact your card-issuing bank directly for clarification or assistance.
