1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods including Discover, JCB, Maestro,Mastercard, Google Pay, Paypal and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
2. Order Processing & Modifications
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time consists of processing and shipping. Most orders arrive within 8–16 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to monitor shipment progress.
5. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
Shipping costs are reimbursed only when the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

- Wash garments with similar colors.
- Use cold or mild-temperature water.
- Avoid bleach or aggressive detergents.
- Do not tumble dry on high heat.
- Iron or steam on low temperature if needed.
- Hand wash or use a laundry bag for delicate fabrics.
