Below is a clear overview of what happens after you place an order—from confirmation to delivery—plus shipping costs, tracking, and common reasons for delays.
Pricing, taxes & duties
You pay only for the items you purchase and, where applicable, the shipping fee. We do not charge additional import fees, duties, or VAT at checkout.

Track your order
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking activity may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
If tracking does not update after 72 hours, please email us and we will check the shipment status.

Payment confirmation
After your payment is authorised and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Processing
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Shipping
Transit time is usually 7–14 business days. When the order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Delivery
Estimated delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time—typically 8–16 business days from order confirmation.

Tracking updates and transit times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
