4. When will my order be processed?

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Custom jersey orders may also require customization review before shipment.

Yes. We offer shipping to many countries and regions worldwide, subject to carrier service coverage and checkout availability.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on your region. United States and Canada standard shipping is $3.99, Europe standard shipping is $5.88, and rest of world standard shipping is $15.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available for United States and Canada orders over $58, where shown at checkout.

8. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is usually 3–5 business days for the United States, 7–9 business days for Europe, and about 12 business days for many international destinations after shipment.

13. Can customized jerseys be returned?

Custom jerseys with names, numbers, logos, team names, or special design details may be limited for return unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or produced differently from the confirmed order information.

14. What condition must returned items be in?

Returned jerseys and apparel should be unused, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging, labels, or tags included where applicable.

15. How do I start a return?

Please contact us by email before sending anything back. Include your order number, checkout email, return reason, and photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has a customization issue.

16. Who pays return shipping?

Customers usually pay return shipping unless the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong, defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized item.

17. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
