This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are handled for custom jerseys, personalized sportswear, and related team apparel products purchased from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
We accept return requests within 30 natural days from the date you receive your order. Return requests made after 30 natural days from delivery may not be accepted, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, labels, or tags included where applicable. Jerseys or apparel that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for return.
Returns may be accepted when the item received is defective, damaged during delivery, materially different from the product description, incorrect, or no longer wanted by the customer within the return window. We may request photos, order details, or additional information to review the return request.
Custom items with personalized names, numbers, logos, team names, or special design details may be limited for return unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or produced differently from the confirmed order information. Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order.
A full refund may be issued when the returned item is received and confirmed to be in eligible return condition, or when the order is cancelled before it has been processed or shipped. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we may also issue a full refund, replacement, exchange, or other suitable resolution after review.
To start a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back. In your message, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a customization issue.
After we receive your return request, our customer service team will review the information and provide return instructions if the request is approved. The return instructions may include the return address, packaging guidance, and any additional details required to complete the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return information. Returns sent without authorization, without order details, or to an incorrect address may be delayed, refused, or unable to be processed.
Unless the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong, defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized item, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned package is properly packed and delivered to the return address. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or sent without tracking.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the refund will normally appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund has been approved but has not appeared after the expected time, please first check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then contact your bank or payment provider. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, please contact us by email for further assistance.
Order cancellation requests should be sent to us as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed, customized, packed, or shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been processed, customized, or shipped, it may no longer be cancellable, and you may need to request a return after receiving the package.
Exchange requests may be reviewed depending on product availability, item condition, and the reason for exchange. For customized products, exchanges may be limited unless the issue is caused by a production error, incorrect item, or verified product defect.
